We provide towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, car lockout service, jump start service, battery replacement, accident recovery, flat tire change, motorcycle towing, long distance towing, winch out service, and heavy duty towing.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion, including in situations that pose a safety risk to our drivers or equipment. Service availability depends on driver availability, location, and road conditions at the time of request.

We provide upfront pricing before dispatching a driver. The quoted price reflects the scope of service described at the time of the call. Additional charges may apply if the job requires more work than originally described, if road or weather conditions create unusual difficulty, or if additional equipment is required.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will always confirm the price with you before we begin work.

We take care with every vehicle we handle. However, Deer Park Tow Service is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failure during or after towing, or damage caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of the service call.

If you believe damage occurred during a tow, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the tow service you paid for.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not use our website to distribute harmful, false, or unlawful content. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of our website, collect user data without consent, or impersonate Deer Park Tow Service in any communication.
